eLayby is a service which allows you to order online but place your purchase on layby.

Heres how it works: You order products online just like normal and when you have finished shopping you simply click Checkout, just as you would with any website shop. From there you enter your delivery details, but when you get to the payment options you can select to set up an eLayby payment plan. With eLayby you only pay a 20% deposit now and the balance over 12 weeks. It's super simple. You can make further payments at any time via cash, credit card or direct credit. We will keep you informed of the balance due on your eLayby orders by email alerts and automatic reminders. And when you make the final payment in either 12 weeks or sooner, we will ship the goods to you next working day. How easy it that!

Simple eLayby Terms and Conditions

1 Country

1.1 Our eLayby service is only available in New Zealand for orders exceeding $100 (or as offered)
1.2 eLayby cannot be paid using in store gift vouchers

2 Payments

2.1 The purchase price (including delivery costs) for eLayby merchandise must be paid in full within twelve weeks from the date of order. You may wish to pay in weekly or monthly instalments. However your eLayby must be paid in full on the final instalment date.
2.2 Instalments can be paid by cash, credit card (Visa or Master Card only) or direct credit.
2.3 In order to obtain earlier delivery of eLayby merchandise, you may at any time choose to pay the outstanding balance in full.

3 Variations and Cancellation

3.1 You may, at any time before the total price has been paid in full and for any reason, cancel the eLayby by giving us notice to that effect. Equally, we may cancel the eLayby if the final instalment is not paid on the advised date in the emailed updates.
3.2 On cancellation by either you or us, we will credit your account for the amount of any payments you have made, less an admin fee of $25 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater (being an estimate of our selling costs in respect of the eLayby merchandise).
3.3 You are not able to vary an eLayby in any way. For example, you cannot remove or add individual items of merchandise from or to an existing eLayby. You may however purchase more items and create an additional eLayby account. Further we will not pass on to you any price reductions or offers which may apply to merchandise at any time after the order date.

4. Property, delivery and returns

4.1 The eLayby merchandise will remain our property until the purchase price is paid in full.
4.2 We will deliver the eLayby merchandise to you in accordance with our usual delivery policies once the purchase price has been paid in full.
4.3 For the avoidance of doubt, our usual returns policies will apply to the eLayby merchandise.

5. Layby sales act 1971

We will comply in all respects with the Layby Sales Act 1971.

6. Terms

In these Terms, "purchase price" includes, except where indicated otherwise, our delivery charges, "we", "our" and "us" means Yellowpepper Distributors Ltd t/a The Wooden Toy Box and "you" means our customer.
