Yellowpepper is not obliged to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. In the case of faulty or damaged goods we will clearly meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a speedy remedy. This would usually mean that we will replace the damaged or faulty goods at no extra cost and, in some circumstances, we may refund the purchase price of the product but not the shipping charges.
