Your order is important to us and making sure it arrives where and when it is supposed to is a commitment we take seriously. No child likes to wait, especially for their birthday or Christmas presents! Here is all you need to know about our shipping times, costs and tracking your order.
Q. What do you charge for standard delivery?
A. Our freight rates below are the lowest around and are nationwide.
$2.90 for orders between $0 and $100.
FREE for orders over $100.01
There is a $2.50 freight charge for all orders using the 100 FOR 50 coupon if the final payment total, AFTER the coupon is applied, is less than $50. See coupon terms and conditions click here
For Rural Delivery add $2.90 to the above costs. There is a Rural Delivery box to tick while completing your order.
Waiheke and Stewart Islands carry an additional charge of $16.00 – this is a direct charge from the courier.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A.No not at the moment.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A. No not at this stage.
Q. I need to change the delivery address. What should I do?

Q. How can I track my order?
A. You will be sent an email once your order ships. This has your consignment number in it along with a link to the courier company. You can click the link and enter your consignment number.
Q. Do you ship to Rural New Zealand addresses?
A. Yes – there is an additional $2.90 fee for Rural Delivery. Make sure you check the “Rural Delivery” box when completing your order.
Q. I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What do I do?
A. It is possible you have entered your email address incorrectly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to to check we have the right email address listed. You can also call us on 0800 222558 or click the instant chat option below.
Q. Will I have to sign for my package?
A. Yes you will. All parcels are sent signature only unless during the placement of your order you select Authority To Leave, then it will be left somewhere safe and a card placed in your letterbox.
Q. I just placed an order online, when will I receive my order?
A. For delivery we say 3 – 5 working days from placing your order, however it is usually delivered within 2 working days in the North Island and 3 in the South but this is not guaranteed. For rural delivery add a further two days.
Q. I would like gift wrapping and a label added. Is that possible?
A. Sorry but we no longer offer a gift wrapping service. We did for the last year but it is not cost effective and would be too expensive to pass on the true cost. So about this change in service.
Q. What are the shipping charges for returning a faulty order?
A. We will collect it at our cost and send a replacement.
Q. What are the shipping charges for returning an item I just don’t like?
We are happy to take it back and provide a refund if the item is still in a perfectly saleable condition with all packaging intact. In these cases it is up to you to return this to us however we can offer a collection service which would be chargeable depending on the size of items purchased and location of collection.
Q. I want to return an item worth over $100 when I got free shipping, how does that work?
A. If you have purchased an item over the $100 freight threshold and wish to return it you can. However there was a cost for freight that we absorbed in the original price so this is a real cost to us. If you wish to return an item you can, assuming in perfect saleable condition and at your cost but you would also have to pay the original freight cost. of $7.90
