Q. What Wooden Toys can I pay for with eLayby?A. Any products on The Wooden Toy Box site can be ordered with eLayby. Just make sure the total is over $100.

Q. How long have I got to pay for my eLayby?

A. You have 12 weeks from when you placed the order. You can make payments weekly, monthly or whenever you are able to, just as long as your eLayby is paid in full within 12 weeks.

Q. What payment method do you accept for eLayby?
A. Instalments can be paid by credit card (Visa or Master Card only) or direct credit. Gift vouchers aren’t able to be used at this time.

Q. I want to receive my eLayby order earlier, can I pay everything off now?

A. Yes, you can pay the outstanding balance in full and we will ship within 2 – 3 working days!

Q. I have changed my mind and need to cancel my eLayby order. What happens next?

A. You may, at any time before the total price has been paid in full and for any reason, cancel the eLayby by emailing us. We will credit your account for the amount of any payments you have made less an admin fee of $25 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

Q. What if I can’t pay within the 12 weeks?A. The eLayby order is automatically cancelled and we will credit your account for the amount of any payments you have made less an admin fee of $25 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

Q. Can I add some more wooden toys to my eLayby?

A. Once your eLayby order is placed it is final and no toys can be added or removed. You can of course create a second eLayby order.

Q. I’ve seen a toy in my eLayby on sale. Can I get the discount?

A. After the order is placed it is final and we are not able to pass on any price reductions or offers which may apply to merchandise at any time after the order date.

Q. I’ve received my eLayby and one of the toys is faulty. Can I return it?

A. Yes, you are covered by The Wooden Toy Box Promise.

Q. Is this legal?

A. Yes, you are covered by the Layby Sales Act 1971 and will comply with all aspects of the Act.
