We understand that your privacy and the security of your personal information is important. By placing an order with the Wooden Toy Box you authorise us to send you newsletters and email promotions from time to time. If you do not wish to receive email correspondence from us you can click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any Wooden Toy Box email.
The Wooden Toy Box takes online security very seriously and we are committed to making your experience with us safe and fun. If you order with us using a credit card online please be assured we do not see or retain any of your credit card information. All credit card information is managed at DPS using the strictest security measures.
30 Day Refund or Exchange Policy
We accept that sometimes you might find a toy is not suitable for your children, or that someone has purchased the same item already. We will therefore accept wooden toy returns, for 30 days from date of purchase. The item must have its packaging and be in saleable condition. You can either send this yourself or use our Product Collection Service, which would be chargeable. We can then send you a replacement product or refund you. This will be less any freight costs.
If an item arrived faulty or damaged (either in transit or out of the box.) we will move quickly to replace it and collect the faulty or damaged one at our cost.
Faulty, Damaged of Defective Products
Every wooden toy is selected for its high quality and durability, however on extremely rare occasions sometimes things don’t quite go according to plan. That’s when we make good on The Wooden Toy Box Promise for you.
- If your delivery gets damaged on its way to you, we will replace it for you.
- If your purchase is not quite working as it should, we will get it fixed or replace it for you.
If you have a product to return you can either phone or email us. The more information we have the faster we can manage it. Please have your order number ready.
For damaged or faulty returns please provide as much information as possilbe in an email to us so we can fix the problem quickly.
When we can’t accept returns
We cannot offer a replacement or refund in obvious cases of misuse, alteration or mishandling of the wooden toy. In addition The Wooden Toy Box Promise only applies if you purchased the product new directly from us.
We will process all orders on the basis they were completed with payment. If you wish to cancel an order please do so in writing as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse it is considered delivered and cancellations after this point will still carry the courier fee.
The Wooden Toy Box reserves the right to change current product pricing without notice. All product prices are inclusive of GST.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order is important to us and making sure it arrives where and when it is supposed to is a commitment we take seriously. No child likes to wait, especially for their birthday or Christmas presents! Here is all you need to know about our shipping times, costs and tracking your order.
For delivery we say 3 – 5 working days, from placing your order however it is usually delivered within 2 working days but this is not guaranteed. For rural delivery add a further two days.
Our freight rates below are the lowest around and are nationwide.
$2.90 for orders between $0 and $100
FREE for orders over $100.01
For Rural Delivery add $2.90 to the above costs.
Waiheke and Stewart Islands carry an additional charge of $16.00 – this is a direct charge from the courier.
